Our story

Welcome to Wildflower Coffee

Wildflower Coffee began with a classic yellow Peugeot J7 van — hand-restored and converted into a coffee van — a love of proper coffee and a meadow's worth of wildflowers and lavender. Whether you're grabbing a morning flat white, an iced matcha or a slice of something sweet, there's always a warm welcome waiting at the hatch.

Meet Xanthe

The heart behind the hatch

Wildflower Coffee is the little dream of Xanthe — a lifelong coffee lover who swapped the everyday for a hand-restored yellow Peugeot van and a passion for serving something special.

Inspired by the meadows and lavender fields around her, Xanthe built Wildflower Coffee around slow mornings, genuine chats and proper coffee. Every latte, matcha and slice of cake is made with the same care you'd give a friend.

Come say hello — you'll usually find her behind the hatch with the kettle on and a story to share.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pre-order?

No need — just pull up and order at the hatch. Everything is made fresh to order.

Do you have dairy-free milk?

Yes! Oat and coconut milk are available on any drink for an extra 30p.

Is decaf available?

Always. Just ask for decaf on any of our coffees at no extra charge.

Do you do iced drinks?

We do — our cold coffees, matcha and specials are freshly made to order and sealed in our signature wildflower cans.

Are you dog friendly?

Of course. Well-behaved four-legged friends are always welcome at the van.
